文章主要通过测试的方法,探讨不同的视频播放方式（图像＋英文字幕＋音频;图像＋英文字幕;图像＋音频）对非英语专业学生词汇附带习得的影响。结果发现：图像＋英文字幕的播放方式对学生词形的辨认具有最明显的促进作用,其次是图像＋英文字幕＋音频的方式,最后才是图像＋音频的方式;在词形的记忆方面,图像＋英文字幕的效果最好,其他两种播放方式不存在显著性的差异。在词义的理解和记忆方面,图像＋音频的效果最差,其他两种播放方式不存在显著性的差异。

This research investigates the effects of different video modalities（Mode A,image＋scripts -b-sound; Mode B, image4- scripts ; Mode C, image＋ sound） on the incidental vocabulary acquisition by Chinese non-English majors.
