从维权行为的暴力性和公开性程度两个维度测量,农民工维权行为偏好具有非暴力性、非常态公开性的特征.在此基础上建立的多元逻辑斯蒂回归分析结果显示:中等政治信任水平的农民工选择一般公开维权行为的可能性最大;农民工维权行为的暴力性和公开性程度均与文化层次呈正相关;建筑业农民工比其他行业农民工更倾向于选择一般公开维权和非暴力维权;务农经历和环境会使农民工维权行为更倾向私下维权;良好的居住环境会降低农民工维权行为的暴力性程度;社会保障水平越高农民工闹大维权的可能性也就越低.据此,政策制定者应疏通既有体制内农民工维权渠道,加大对特定农民工群体的社会管理力度及农民工的组织...

Currently, the research perspectives of scholars focusing on China migrant worker issues have transformed from migrant workerJ s right-rescuing problems into right-safeguarding behavior. However, the quantitative analysis on the new perspectives is very rare.
