In the times of "knowledge explosion", in order to meet the development requirements, the setf-improvement of teachers is crucial. The paper proposes to make use of virtual learning community (VLC) supported by web2.0 technology for further education of teachers, which differs from the traditional network education Platform. Its greatest character is that not only receiving but creating and sharing information.
