This letter investigates a Simultaneously Transmitting and Reflecting Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (STAR-RIS)-assisted unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-enabled outdoor-to-indoor (O2I) wireless powered communication network (WPCN), in which the UAV avoids flying over the indoor no-fly zone (NFZ).
