Effects of Mobile Phone Addiction on Depression and Anxiety:Mediation and Moderation Analyses

目的:探讨手机成瘾、友谊质量、独处偏好与大学生抑郁、焦虑之间的关系及内在作用机制。方法:使用手机成瘾问卷、友谊质量问卷、独处偏好问卷以及抑郁-焦虑-压力问卷对675名大学生进行调查。结果:①手机成瘾与友谊质量呈显著负相关,与抑郁、焦虑呈显著正相关;友谊质量与抑郁、焦虑呈显著负相关;独处偏好与抑郁、焦虑呈显著正相关;②手机成瘾不仅能够直接正向预测大学生抑郁和焦虑,而且能够通过友谊质量的中介作用预测大学生抑郁和焦虑;③手机成瘾影响抑郁的直接效应及友谊质量在手机成瘾与抑郁、焦虑关系之间的中介效应均会受到独处偏好的调节,而独处偏好在手机成瘾与焦虑之间关系中的调节效应不...
