目的 探讨班级团体生涯辅导活动对大学生的择业价值观和交流恐惧的影响.方法 根据交流恐惧量表总分将实验组92位大学生分为高、中、低度交流恐惧组,采用双盲设计方法 ,由任课老师实施8个周班级团体生涯辅导活动干预,与对照组76人进行比较.实验组和控制组使用择业价值观问卷和交流恐惧自陈量表进行前后侧.结果 ①大学生择业价值观与交流恐惧呈负相关(r-=0.136,P
