This paper equates chaff clouds to dipole clusters and studies the electromagnetic scattering problem of dipole clusters based on the linear method of moment (LMM) that solve the electric field Integral equation with the pulse basis function. Firstly, the radar cross section (RCS) of three dipole elements is calculated. The dipole element is divided into 11 segment line units using pulse basis functions.
