拔尖创新型人才的培养是一些高校面临的紧迫课题之一,如何在实践中达到这一目的是一个非常值得研究的问题。本文以华中师范大学物理学院在此课题上的探索与实践为例,对拔尖创新型人才培养工作进行了初步的总结,以供承担同样任务的其它高校进行相互交流与借鉴,使我们今后能更好地开展这方面的工作。
