[Objective] Investigate the quality of life（QOL） and social prejudice of the migrant children in Wuban, and explore the relation between the quality of life and social prejudice, which can provide scientific evidence for promoting the children＇s physical and mental health. [Methods] 485 students from two primary schools of Wuhan, who were in Grade 3 to Grade 6, were investigated with Quality of Scale for Children and Adolescents and Scale of Social Distance.
