个体性与集体性抗争是农民工争取和维护自身权益的两种基本形式。文章在描述农民工抗争行为现状的基础上,从工作环境、工厂管理体制和农民工内部关系3个方面分析了农民工抗争行为的组织和社会基础。结果发现,工作环境的恶劣和缺少工作保护是激发工人集体性抗争的重要原因;在工厂管理体制上,经常拖欠工资、车间冲突容易导致农民工的各种抗争;工厂的利益诉求机制畅通虽然对集体性抗争没有显著影响,但能够有效地抑制个体性抗争;农民工群体内部的紧密关系虽然对集体性抗争行为没有显著影响,但有助于他们形成消极性抗争和个体性抗争的共识。文章最后指出,只有尊重农民工作为劳动者和人的基本权利,将"...
