Breaking through 'behavior learning mode' and importing 'interactive play teaching mode', could enhance the validity of handicapped students' learning greatly. According to the characteristics of Intensive Interactive Play Teaching, this research illustrates the design procedure of Intensive Interactive Play Teaching which is divided into six steps.
