随着社会的转型,城市化进程的加快,流动人口的计划生育管理体制的改革势在必行.本文探讨了流动人口计划生育社区化管理的机制、存在的问题,提出了将流动人口计划生育从制约型管理向服务型管理转变,进行制度创新,提高服务质量,利用流动人口计划生育协会和志愿者组织,调动流动人口自我管理、自我教育、自我服务积极性等具体举措.

With the transformation of society and the acceleration of urbanization, the reform of MPPF management system must be enforced.
