目的比较教师与狱警在工作压力、自尊、主观幸福感方面的差异,探讨工作压力、自尊及主观幸福感之间的关系。方法使用工作压力量表(JSS)、自尊量表(SES)、情感平衡量表(PANAS)、生活满意度量表(SWLS),随机抽取武汉市铁路职业教育教师78名和汉阳狱警91名,采用问卷法对教师与狱警的工作压力、自尊、主观幸福感状况进行调查。结果教师与狱警在工作压力、自尊、生活满意度、正性情感上均未达到统计上的显著
