摘要:
Stress has significant effects on an individual's daily life in modern society, making its detection a topic of great interest over the decade. While numerous studies have delved into this field, the accuracy and reliability of stress detection methods still have room for improvement. In this study, we propose a multimodal multitemporal-scale fusion-based stress detection system. First, a hybrid feature extraction module is proposed, which generates a feature set from the perspective of handcrafted and deep learning (DL) analysis across multiple temporal scales. Second, a stress detection module is proposed based on multisource feature fusion of electrocardiogram (ECG) and electrodermal activity (EDA) signals, which classifies a subject's state into baseline(/normal), stress, and amusement. In addition, the proposed system is tested on an open-access dataset WESAD using leave-one-out cross validation to verify its performance. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system succeeds in learning person-independent features for stress detection with high accuracy.

The use of interval-valued hesitant fuzzy sets (IVHFS) can aid decision-makers in evaluating a variable using multiple interval numbers, making it a valuable tool for addressing decision-making problems. However, it fails to obtain information with greyness. The grey fuzzy set (GFS) can improve this problem but studies on it have lost the advantages of IVHFS. In order to improve the accuracy of decision-making and obtain more reasonable results, it is important to enhance the description of real-life information. We combined IVHFS and GFS and defined a novel fuzzy set named interval grey hesitant fuzzy set (IGHFS), in which possible degrees of grey numbers are designed to indicate the upper and lower limits of the interval number. Meanwhile, its basic operational laws, score function, entropy method, and distance measures are proposed. And then, a multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) model IGHFS-TOPSIS is developed based on them. Finally, an example of MOOC platform selection issues for teaching courses illustrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the decision model under the IGHFS.

Although metal-based chemical agents have demonstrated promising bacteriostatic effects in phototherapy, their short excitation/emission wavelengths and inadequate phototherapy efficiencies make their application in vivo difficult. We therefore synthesized a novel Pt(II) metallacycle (Pt1110) that can be activated with a 980 nm laser for photodiagnosis/treatment in deep tissue. We found that Pt1110 significantly improved photothermal conversion (95% improvement) and O-1(2) generation (phi(& UDelta;) 75% increase) compared to the ligand itself 1 and was well capable of light-induced sterilization under safe laser irradiation (0.72 W/cm(2)). In addition, Pt1110 has little to no toxicity to cells. After incorporated into liposome, Pt1110 NPs was effective in wound healing in infection and keratitis models upon laser irradiation, which was accurately observed by NIR-II fluorescence imaging. This novel metal-coordinated supramolecular material has a potential to become a universal platform for phototherapy in deep tissue.

Notwithstanding decades of progress since Yukawa first developed a description of the force between nucleons in terms of meson exchange(1), a full understanding of the strong interaction remains a considerable challenge in modern science. One remaining difficulty arises from the non-perturbative nature of the strong force, which leads to the phenomenon of quark confinement at distances on the order of the size of the proton. Here we show that, in relativistic heavy-ion collisions, in which quarks and gluons are set free over an extended volume, two species of produced vector (spin-1) mesons, namely phi and K-*0, emerge with a surprising pattern of global spin alignment. In particular, the global spin alignment for phi is unexpectedly large, whereas that for K-*0 is consistent with zero. The observed spin-alignment pattern and magnitude for phi cannot be explained by conventional mechanisms, whereas a model with a connection to strong force fields(2-6), that is, an effective proxy description within the standard model and quantum chromodynamics, accommodates the current data. This connection, if fully established, will open a potential new avenue for studying the behaviour of strong force fields. At the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider, observations of two meson species produced by heavy-ion collisions, phi and K-*0, show surprising patterns of global spin alignment, being unexpectedly large and consistent with zero, respectively.

Herein, we aimed to solve the problem of difficulty in filtering the noise components in the monitoring of strain on wind turbine blades using fiber bragg grating, a denoising method based on parameter-optimized variational mode decomposition (VMD) is proposed. This method uses the minimum envelope entropy as the fitness function and the slime mould algorithm for self-adaptive optimization to find the optimal combination of modal decomposition components K and the quadratic penalty factor alpha of VMD. The optimized VMD was used to decompose the strain data of wind turbine blades over time into K intrinsic mode components, and the noise mode was removed using the sample entropy to obtain the effective signal. The proposed method was compared to ensemble empirical mode decomposition and complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition using the simulated signals and engineering data. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively remove noise from the strain data of wind turbine blades and has better denoising performance than the other two methods, which provides a reliable basis for analyzing the strain data of wind turbine blades.

In remote sensing, change detection has always been a fundamental yet challenging research topic, with profound theoretical significance and extensive application value. Over the past decades, the emergence and development of deep learning has provided new technical supports for supervised change detection and advanced its accuracy to unprecedented levels. Nevertheless, owing to the strong reliance and weak transferability of pre-labeled references, supervised learning modes still require some degrees of human assistance, which is not applicable to all the change detection tasks. In addition, agnostic to any specific inherent property, changes may display inconstant and irregular characteristics when occurring between different land cover categories, making them incompatible with traditional end-to-end learning formats. In this research, we investigate the utilization of unsupervised deep learning mode, and develop a novel approach, namely content-invariant translation (CIT), for unsupervised change detection in bi-temporal remotely sensed images. In this method, a new framework integrating the adversarial learning algorithm and hybrid attention mechanism is designed to learn a one-sided cross-domain translation from the pre-event domain to the post-event one. During this process, a self-attention module focuses on small-scale image patches and ensures the content consistency of each pair of pre-event and translated patches, and meanwhile, a cross-domain module focuses on large-scale images and guarantees the style similarity of two groups of translated and post-event patches. After translation, the style discrepancies in bi-temporal images are suppressed while the real content changes are highlighted. Extensive experiments conducted on three typical datasets that with diverse types of changes verify the effectiveness and competitiveness of our newly proposed CIT by a large margin.
