Parametric and semiparametric estimation methods are available for the case of multiple mediators in causal mediation analysis. However, in the presence of multiple exposure-mediators and mediator-mediator interactions, it is challenging to study the direct and indirect effects of multiple mediators. In this paper, we use G-computation to derive a decomposition of the overall effect that unifies the mediating and interacting effects when multiple mediators are present, including natural direct and indirect effects, direct effects of standard and random controls, and reference and mediating interaction effects. The final regression of potential outcomes using the exposure intervention variables was used to calculate the point estimates and obtain their confidence intervals (CI). The methods presented here accommodate exposure-mediator interactions and, to some extent, mediator-mediator interactions. These methods are applicable to binary, continuous mediators and binary, continuous, or count results in the case where the exposure is discrete. This framework can also be extended to complex multivariate and longitudinal mediator settings.

摘要:
In delay tolerant networks(DTN), non-social attributes and social attributes relating to nodes have a different effect in designing router algorithms, we can combine these two different attributes to design algorithms. In our paper, we put forward an improved spray-and-wait routing algorithm (NSSAWRouter) based on social relationship between nodes in DTN, which mainly selects relay nodes by adopting two different transmission values and assigns message copies between two nodes dynamically in the spray stage. Specifically, we will first build social circle nodes for each node and record the dynamic social relationship between a node and its social circle nodes. Followed by it, we introduce a concept called social transmission value, which is used to estimate the likelihood of a node comprehensively transmitting a message to the special node that message should be delivered to when the social circle nodes of the node contain the special node. Similarly, we use non-social transmission value to select relay nodes when the two encountered nodes' social circle nodes both do not contain the special node, which consists of node activity and delivery predictability. Finally, we use the proportion of two nodes' non-social transmission value or social transmission value to assign message copies, making nodes that have greater ability to send messages to the special node carry more message copies. The results of the simulation experiment illustrate that the algorithm proposed can increase the delivery rate and keep a relatively lower overload in comparison with DirectDelivery, Epidemic, Prophet, Spray and Wait, MASSRouter.

摘要:
Recent studies in machine learning have demonstrated the effectiveness of applying graph neural networks (GNNs) to single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data to predict COVID-19 disease states. In this study, we propose a graph attention capsule network (GACapNet) which extracts and fuses Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) transcriptomic patterns to improve node classification performance on cells and genes. Significantly different from the existing GNN approaches, we innovatively incorporate a capsule layer with dynamic routing into our model architecture to combine and fuse gene features effectively and to allow those more prominent gene features present in the output. We evaluate our GACapNet model on two scRNA-seq datasets, and the experimental results show that our GACapNet model significantly outperforms state-of-the-art baseline models. Therefore, our study demonstrates the capability of advanced machine learning models to generate predictive features and evolutionary patterns of the SARS-CoV-2 pathogen, and the applicability of closing knowledge gaps in the pathogenesis and recovery of COVID-19.

In order to overcome the problems of smart Library in collecting resources, storing data and disseminating information, this paper proposes an intelligent value-added service platform of smart Library Based on blockchain technology. The smart value-added service platform makes full use of the advantages of blockchain technology, such as decentralization, non tampering, traceability and consensus mechanism, which makes the traditional way of resource acquisition and user communication fundamentally changed in time and space. The research results show that the smart value-added service platform can overcome the security problems of smart library in the aspects of resource collection, data storage and information dissemination, and improve the user experience.

In recent years, Graph Convolutional Neural Networks (GCNs) have been widely used in tasks such as node semi-supervised classification, connection prediction and image clustering by constructing connection relations between nodes for information transfer of node features and achieving feature aggregation between nodes. To address the problem that the inter-relationship between image features is ignored in the task of educational object retrieval, the re-ranking task is transformed into the classification and ranking problem of educational object image nodes by utilizing graph convolutional neural network, and we realize the feature transfer between images by constructing the connection relationship of image nodes, so as to pull closer the distance of the same educational object image nodes and push away the distance of different educational object image nodes.

Panoramic video, as an emerging media presentation technology with low cost and low technical requirements, has the potential of wide application. However, the current empirical studies on the application of panoramic video in education are relatively scattered, lacking systematic analysis of literature in this field, and it is difficult to understand the research focus and trend. Therefore, this study used EBSCO, Web of Science, Elsevier Science Direct Online and Springer database as data sources. A total of 58 high-quality English empirical research articles published between 2011 and 2021 on panoramic video in education were selected as the research samples to conduct coword analysis and social network analysis for keywords. The results show that the research emphases and trends of the application of panoramic video in education mainly focus on the development and application of panoramic video based on virtual reality, panoramic video technology and the optimization of learner experience. Finally, some suggestions for future research are proposed.

This paper presents the design and the test results of a 14 Gbps VCSEL driving ASIC with a novel output driver structure fabricated in a 55 nm CMOS process. It consists of an equalizer stage, a limiting amplifier stage and an output driver stage. The equalizer stage uses the CTLE structure to compensate the high frequency losses at the PCB traces, bonding wires and input pads. To meet both the gain/bandwidth requirements and the area restriction, the limiting amplifier stage adopts the inductor-shared peaking technology. To increase the voltage headroom of the output driver stage and improve the bandwidth, a novel output driver structure using the on-chip AC coupling, the stacked current source and the double feedforward compensation technique is proposed. This ASIC has been integrated with the VCSEL array in a customized optical module for the optical test. The test results show the wide-open 14 Gbps optical eye diagram with a measured RMS jitter of 2.7 ps and a peak-to-peak jitter of 17.4 ps, respectively.

Video games have become more prevalent in adolescents' lives to entertain. Previous studies suggest rural left-behind adolescents are vulnerable to being absorbed in video games. To characterize a causal relation between "left-behind" and the time of playing video games among rural adolescents, we used representative data from China Educational Panel Survey (CEPS) and Propensity Score Matching (PSM) method. The sample includes 1166 rural left-behind adolescents and 1156 rural non-left-behind adolescents. Results demonstrated significant differences in the individual and family characteristics of rural left-behind adolescents and rural non-left-behind adolescents; rural left-behind adolescents spend more time playing video games on weekends, not on weekdays. The findings have implications for parents and educators who should give adequate care and supervision to rural left-behind adolescents on weekends.

Due to the characteristics of low orbital height and large number of satellites, the giant Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite network has more frequent handovers than ordinary LEO satellite communication systems. There are a large number of satellites available for handover, and the handover problem is more prominent. In this study, a handover strategy suitable for all users is designed for the inter-satellite handover in the giant LEO satellite network. This strategy designs two different handover methods for different handover users and new callers. For users who can predict the handover time, a multi-attribute decision handover strategy based on a directed graph is adopted. It uses the satellite service timetable (including satellite coverage at each time and each index value) to construct a satellite handover directed graph, and combine the handover path to reserve channel resources for users. For handover users and new callers who cannot predict the handover time, a multi-attribute decision handover strategy based on combined weights is adopted. The best candidate satellites are obtained by weighting each index combination, distinguishing user types and service types, and using channel queuing strategies to access satellites according to different priorities. The simulation results prove that this strategy can reduce the number of handovers while taking into account the signal strength and system load balance, and can effectively reduce the handover blocking rate.

Surface water presence on the earth is highly variable, closely coupled to regional hydro-climatological conditions. Meanwhile, the rapid increase of earth observation-based global surface water datasets provides valuable opportunities for evaluating inter-annual or seasonal surface water dynamics. This study investigated the potential of using long-term EO-based surface water products for regional drought monitoring. In particular, the dynamic of surface water over the middle reach of the Yangtze River from 1999 to 2020 was analyzed based on the GLAD product. Furthermore, we explored the linkage between surface water anomalies (i.e., Dynamic Water Index, DWI) and Standardized Precipitation Index (measured by SPI). The preliminary results showed that: (1) DWI was significantly coupled to 12-month SPI, which confirmed that dynamic surface water extent can be used as an indicator for hydrological drought; (2) The correlation between DWI and SPI (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 12-month) in extreme wet climate was lower than in extreme drought climate; (3) It is challengeable to distinguish the difference in coupling strength between dynamic surface water and hydrological drought caused by DWI defined with different water types (i.e., all types versus seasonal water). Much more attention should be paid to evaluating the uncertainty of the new index caused by missing values across regions.

In this proceeding, we present the new precise directed flow, v(1), measurement of pi, K, p and phi in Au+Au collisions at root s(NN) = 27, 54.4 GeV and deuteron at root s(NN) = 7.7, 11.5, 14.5 and 19.6 GeV. The first measurement of pseudorapidity and centrality dependence of the v(1) of high-p(T) (>5 GeV/c) charged hadrons in Au+Au collisions at root s(NN) = 200 GeV are reported. The elliptic flow, v(2), of identified hadrons (pi, K, p, phi, K-S(0), Lambda, Xi, Omega) in Au+Au collisions at root s(NN) = 54.4 GeV are also presented. The results are compared with model calculations to discuss the physics implications.

摘要:
We investigate the rotation effects on the mesonic condensation in isospin matter . Using the two-flavor NJL effective model with a global rotation, we demonstrate two important effects of the rotation on its phase structure: a rotational suppression of the scalar-channel condensates, in particular the pion condensation region; and a rotational enhancement of the rho condensation region with vector-channel condensate. A new phase diagram for isospin matter under rotation is mapped out on the omega - mu(I) plane where three distinctive phases, corresponding to sigma, pi, rho dominated regions respectively, are separated by a second-order line at low isospin chemical potential and a first-order line at high rotation which are further connected at a tri-critical point.
