BACKGROUND: Short-form videos have become one of the most popular ways for people to entertain and relax. However, the intense interest in short-form videos has given rise to short-video addiction, which poses risks to both physical and mental health of individuals. Undergraduates are one of the important users for short-form videos, and the influence of short-form video addiction calls for more attention. This study aimed to investigate the association between short-form video addiction and academic procrastination among undergraduates, exploring the role of executive functions (i.e., attentional control) and personality traits (i.e., boredom proneness) in the association. METHODS: Using stratified random cluster sampling method, the data of 1,047 college students were used in the study. All variables were measured by empirical instruments, and all instruments were highly reliable. Mediation and moderation analysis was conducted using Model 4 and 7 in PROCESS macro powered by SPSS. RESULTS: Results revealed that short-form video addiction not only directly impacted academic procrastination but also placed indirect effect on academic procrastination through attentional control. Furthermore, the mediating effect of attentional control was contingent upon individuals' boredom proneness. Higher levels of boredom proneness weakened the impact of short-form video addiction on attentional control. CONCLUSION: The findings expand our knowledge of the negative effects of short-form video addiction and the underlying mechanisms, providing implications for mitigating undergraduates' academic procrastination.

摘要:
As a feedback form that emphasizes quality and includes developmental and informational components, supervisor developmental feedback has been shown to have a more positive impact on subordinates' personal growth and performance. However, there is limited empirical research that clarify the components of supervisor developmental feedback with different valence. This paper aims to investigate the underlying mechanism and boundary condition of the relationship between different developmental feedback and employee performance improvement. To do so, we utilize the job demands-resources model and the conservation of resources theory as our framework. Participants were recruited online from Credamo's full-time employee pool. Our study collected 259 surveys nested in China, employing a two-wave time-lagged method. Supervisor developmental feedback and supervisor support were measured at time 1, job crafting and job performance were measured at time 2. The measurement tools for the above variables are all derived from previous studies. The results indicate that positive supervisor developmental feedback has a mediated effect on employee job performance through promotion-oriented job crafting. This relationship is further influenced by supervisor support, with a stronger effect observed when supervisor support is high. On the other hand, the relationship between negative supervisor development feedback and employee performance through prevention-oriented job crafting will be moderated by supervisor support, and the above indirect effect completely reversed with different levels of supervisor support. The findings of this study have important theoretical and managerial implications, shedding light on the impact of different types of developmental feedback on employee performance outcomes.

摘要:
Hypersonic vehicles have strong maneuverability, and the method of trajectory prediction is different from traditional aircrafts. The current research on hypersonic vehicle trajectory prediction is usually aimed at the full trajectory prediction, and there are few methods for hypersonic vehicle trajectory prediction in specific scenes. In this paper, aiming at the scene that hypersonic vehicle be not observed in the blind area of land-based radar, a trajectory prediction method of hypersonic vehicle is proposed, which is realized by predicting the control quantity. According to the constraint characteristics, aerodynamic characteristics and motion characteristics, the characteristic function is established. And on the basis of the priori information from the observed data, the conditional random field model is established to predict the control quantity. The trajectory in the blind area is calculated according to the predicted control quantity. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the trajectory prediction method proposed in this paper are verified by case study.

In order to explore the relationships among learning performance, field independent-dependent cognitive styles and teaching modes, and to test what kind of cognitive styles are suitable for what kind of teaching modes, an experimental study was conducted on 90 college students. Participants were assigned to one of three teaching modes: traditional classroom, online learning, and flipped classroom. Outcomes were assessed in terms of learning achievement, reaction time during test-taking, and learning satisfaction. The results showed that (1) There were significant differences in the influence of the three teaching modes on learning achievement, reaction time and learning satisfaction. (2) Students with a field-independent cognitive style showed a faster reaction time during test-taking than those with a field-dependent style. (3) The interaction between cognitive style and teaching modes was significantly related to reaction time. So, in future education, we should attach importance to the matching of teaching modes and individual differences.

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) trade deep and intimate tutor-tutee interactions for large-scale coverage of educational lectures. Therefore, a proper length of student-assistant discussion is particularly precious both for the questioner and the observers in MOOC communities. To investigate the concept conveying characteristics of long and short discussions, this paper collected 32 student-assistant discussion transcripts in MOOC communities. Each discussion thread was randomly chosen in one course. Besides, 32 questions-and-answers (Q&A) transcripts in different science lectures and 31 Q&A transcripts in different press briefings were collected as comparison groups. The nouns in these transcripts were extracted as concepts, and the concept conveying procedure was modelled into a directed graph. We found that if an assistant would like to prolong the discussion in MOOC communities, he or she needs to retain concepts closely connected like political spokesmen on press briefings, and apply properly deep concepts like senior scientists on science lectures.

摘要:
This paper aimed to design a model for blended learning based on cloud classroom. Central China Normal University carried out the instructional strategy of blended learning which based on could classroom, but many teachers find it difficult to design the blended learning model. To solve this problem, a blended learning model based on cloud classroom was built under the basic theory of constructivism and the design principles of blended learning. The model combined face-to-face teaching with online teaching, and made the curriculum interaction consistent. The model constructed in the research in order to have a positive influence on both teachers' perceptions and students' usage of cloud classroom. Finally, through the interview investigation, we found that blended learning improved students' performance but would increase the teachers' workload in some extent.

The aim of the present study was to explore the mechanism of verbal working memory deficit of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Memory updating of verbal working memory was assessed by presenting 21 ADHD children and 17 control children age 7 to 12 during a verbal n-back task. The ADHD group performed worse than the NC group in the memory updating level 1 and level 2, but no difference in level 0. Effect sizes were 1.31 and 1.63; both were on a very high level. Additionally, with the increase of memory updating difficulties, the ADHD group showed a greater decline than the NC group. The effect size of 1.54 is on a very high level. ADHD children show deficits in the advanced process of verbal working memory, when engaged in memory updating. Research has theoretical and clinical implications for children with ADHD.

The organization of learning resources is an important part of an online learning system. However, the methods which we commonly use in recent years, such as organizing resources manually and single type resource bundle, cannot meet the requirements of online resources organization. We propose a micro-resources organization and generation method based on mixed resource bundle. This method contains three parts which can respectively realize the pack, analysis and layout of online learning resources. In this paper, we give the details of how these three parts are working. Then, we give an example of English micro-content resource bundle. It proves that our method can work very well in English online learning. In the next phase, we will extend our method to other subjects.

Adaptive learning requires the learning contents to be presented to students dynamically in a personalized fashion. Multiple displays on cross-platform devices can meet the diverse needs for content presentation. Current practices approach web page design for multi-terminal devices on a trial-and-error basis. This paper discusses a web page design method that uses the client resolution adaptive table for multi-terminal devices. To obtain the table, we calculate the character size and other elements for the best visual effect by adapting to the client's device resolution.

Online product reviews is an important information source which affects consumer purchasing decision-making deeply, but the inconsistency between reviews and scores brings troubles in the process of decision-making for consumers. So the importance of solving reviews' authenticity is focused on. This paper attempts to introduce the Discourse Markers Theory to make a correction on review scores by analyzing the content of reviews, achieving a breakthrough in the semantic and pragmatic level. Firstly, we build a library of discourse markers in the field of online product reviews and design a correction system including credibility, position, emotional attitude. Then, we get the weight of each index through the questionnaire and propose a algorithm to correct deviation of reviews scores. In the last, the verification results from Jingdong mall show the method has better feasibility and validity.

Product reviews and scores have a direct impact on consumers' buying behavior. However, there are inconsistency between reviews and scores. Based on the linguistic Appraisal Theory from the perspective of engagement in the theory-construction index system, this article puts forward online product reviews-scores correction method. The method is applied to verify and correct the real product reviews data. The result shows that this method cannot only explain the differences between reviews and scores and reflect the real scores of the products, but also help consumers make better decisions and improve the network evaluation mechanisms.

Since the origin of Internet researches from the end of 20 century, the relation between social problem-solving and Internet addiction tendency still need more exploration. According to the cognitive-behavior theory of Internet addiction, the negative problem solving tendency is an unadaptive cognitive factor and a sufficient condition of pathological Internet use. The purpose of this study is to exam the relation of college students' social problem-solving, social contact and Internet addiction tendency based on certain intelligent materials system.

In view of the actual situation of mobile phone use in China, this study selected 700 college students as subjects to develop the Mobile Phone Addiction Scale (MPAS). By means of item analysis and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), we got 16 items. The results indicat that the scale consisted of four dimensions, including withdrawal symptoms, salience, social comfort and mood changes. The Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) shows that the model fits in well with the data. In addition, there is a significant correlation among gender of users, birth place, mobile phone usage and addiction tendency. Girls in the proportion of addicts are significantly more than boys, and students from the city show more mobile phone addiction than students from rural areas.

Based on a sample of 288 people from enterprises and MBA classes, this paper examines the effects of career plateau on the employee's job satisfaction, organizational commitment and quit intention. The paper also examines the individual and organizational causes of career plateau. The results shows that the two dimensions of career plateau both significantly influence employees work attitudes, and job tenure and career path significantly affectes the career plateau.

Analysis of Moment Structure package software is one of widely used programs of Structural Equation Modeling which applied in organizational behavior. Analysis of Moment Structure could be used to make data analysis, confirm a supposed theory model, compare several models to produce one better model and path analysis et al. This paper proposed to determinate the basic principles of the Analysis of Moment Structure, the function and application fields of this software, the advancements of it contrast with others Structural Equation Modeling software. The evaluation and prospect of Analysis of Moment Structure was also provided.

Empowerment can improve effectively the flexibility and efficiency of organizations. And leader empowering behavior is an important part of successful empowerment. However, few empirical researches explored the antecedents of leader empowering behavior. This present study was conducted to explore the effects of trust in subordinate, perceived risk and leader's power distance on different dimensions of leader empowering behaviors via scenario experiment. One hundred and fifty six managers participated in the study. The results indicated that trust in subordinate had positive effects on leader empowering behavior, involving participative decision, informing and coaching, and trust in subordinate had stronger effect on participative decision than on informing and coaching. Perceived risk only had negative direct influences and interactive effect with trust in subordinate on participative decision and informing. In addition, power distance had negative direct effects and interaction with trust in subordinate on three dimension of leader empowering behavior. Our study could offer valuable theoretical and practical insights for empowerment which is becoming more and more significant in Chinese organizations in transitional economy.
