摘要:
为了寻找新的高活性农药, 利用工业易得的三氟羧草醚及其中间体为起始原料, 设计合成了9个未见报道的N-取代苯甲酰基-N'-取代芳基硫脲化合物, 结构经IR, ~1H NMR, 元素分析确认. X射线衍射测定了化合物4b的晶体结构, 结果表明: 其分子属于三斜晶系, 空间群P-1, a=0.51588(19) nm, b=1.0766(4) nm, c=2.0596(8) nm, α=81.113(6)°, β=89.702(6)°, γ=78.131(6)°, V=1.1056(7) nm~3, Dc=1.445 Mg/m~3, Z=2, F(000)=492, μ=0.319 mm~(-1). 初步生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有较好的除草活性.

摘要:
目的 建立测定头孢尼西钠原料中多种有机溶剂残留量的毛细管气相色谱法.方法 采用气相色谱法测定头孢尼西钠中有机溶剂乙醇、丙酮、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、四氢呋喃的残留量;以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,苯为内标,在OV-1301毛细管柱上程序升温可有效分离各组分,氢火焰离子化检测器检测.结果 各有机溶剂在2~500 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,在高、中、低3个浓度水平上的平均回收率分别为乙醇100.7%、丙酮98.58%、二氯甲烷105.4%、乙酸乙酯98.84%、四氢呋喃98.23%.结论 该方法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于头孢尼西钠中多种有机溶剂残留量的测定

摘要:
The complex of Eu(Ⅲ) with 1-(6-hydroxy-1-naphthyl)-1,3-butanedione (HNBD) was prepared for the first time and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, fluorescence spectrum, and DTA-TG-DTG techniques. The IR and UV-visible spectra showed that Eu(Ⅲ) ion was coordinated to the HNBD ligand. The fluorescence spectrum showed the presence of Eu3+ characteristic emission. The TG-DTA-DTG curves showed that the thermal decomposition of the anhydrous complex was a two-stage process and the final residue was Eu2O3. The thermal decomposition kinetic parameters of the complex were evaluated from TG-DTG data by using three kinds of integral methods (Coat-Redfern equation, Horowitz and Metzger equation, Madhusudanan-Krishnan-Ninan equation). The kinetic parameters of the first stage are E~* = 164.02 kJ·mol~(-1), A = 1.31 × 10~(15) s~(-1), △S~*= 42.27 J·K~(-1)·mol~(-1), △H~*= 159.51 kJ·mol~(-1), △G~*= 136.54 kJ·mol~(-1), and n = 3.1, those of the second stage are E~*= 128.52 kJ·mol~(-1), A = 1.44 × 106 s~(-1), △S~*= - 136.89 J·K~(-1)·mol~(-1),△H~*= 120.41 kJ·mol~(-1), △G~*=283.85 kJ·mol~(-1), and n = 1.1.

摘要:
We investigated the influence of cytochrome c on apoptosis induced by Anagrapha (Syngrapha) falcifera multiple nuclear polyhedrosis virus (AfMNPV). Microscopic observation revealed that infection of SL-1 cells with AfMNPV resulted in apoptosis, displaying apoptotic bodies in fluorescent-stained nuclei of AfMNPV-infected SL-1cells. Western blot analysis demonstrated that AfMNPV-induced apoptosis in insect SL-1 cells was significantly inhibited by cyclosporin A which blocked a translocation of cytochrome c from the mitochondria to the cytosol. As determined by using AC-DEVD-AFC as substrate, the activity of caspase-3 in AfMNPV-induced cells was detected as early as 4 h post infection, gradually increased with time extension, and reached a highest level after 16 h of infection. However, activity of caspase-3 in apoptotic cells decreased in the presence of cyclosporin A (30 mu M), indicating that activation of caspase-3 in SfaMNPV-induced cells was dependent on the release of cytochrome c from the mitochondria. In addition, cyclosporin A could markedly inhibit mitochondrial transmembrane potential (Delta Psi m) disruption in undergoing apoptotic cells. These data indicate that cytochrome c plays a key role in AfMNPV-induced apoptosis in S. litura cells and may be required for caspase activation during the induction of apoptosis. The K+ ion in the title compound, [K(C14H10Cl2NO2)(H2O)4] n , is six-coordinated by five water mol-ecules and one [2-(2,6-dichloro-anilino)phen- yl]acetate ligand. In the title mol-ecule, C31H28FN3OS2, the two fused rings of the thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine group form a dihedral angle of 4.99 (12)°, and the benzene ring of the 4-fluoro-phenyl group forms a dihedral angle of 77.44 (15)° with the pyrimidine ring. The thio-pyran ring is in a half-chair conformation. The crystal packing is stabilized by weak inter-molecular C - H⋯N hydrogen bonds and weak π-π inter-actions with a centroid-centroid distance of 3.900 (1) Å. The C atoms of the n-butyl group are disordered over two sites with approximate occupancies of 0.60 and 0.40. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

摘要:
Nanoporous films (NPFs) of copper, silver, and gold were directly fabricated on the corresponding metal substrates by a general alloying/dealloying process. This process involved the electrodeposition of Zn on metal surfaces, thermal alloying, and chemical dealloying of Zn. Electrodeposition of Zn on metal substrates was realized in commercial Zn plating electrolyte at room temperature. Then surface zinc-metal alloys were formed by thermal treatment at relatively low temperatures (below 150°C) in nitrogen gas. By immersing the alloys in etching solutions, we obtained metal NPFs through chemical dissolution of Zn from the alloys. Characterization results showed that the morphologies and porous structures of the products were greatly affected by the thickness of the deposited Zn layer and thermal alloying temperature. Moreover, preliminary testing showed that the as-prepared gold NPF possessed a higher surface area than the polish one. Furthermore, the Au NPF could serve as a nanoporous skeleton for fabricating Pt-coated a Au NPF electrode. The oxidation current of glucose was improved about 180 times when using the resulting Pt-coated Au NPF composite electrode instead of the polished Pt electrode. This study provides a general method to directly fabricate nanoporous metal films on the corresponding metal substrates. ©2007 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
用LKB-2277生物活性检测系统测定了两种席夫碱合钼(VI)配合物[MoO2(STZ)2]和[MoO2(VTZ)2]在37℃时对大肠杆菌作用的产热曲线;根据产热曲线求算了在席夫碱合钼(VI)配合物作用下,大肠杆菌生长代谢的速率常数k,抑制率I,传代时间G和半抑制浓度IC50等热力学参数。结果表明,席夫碱合钼(VI)配合物对大肠杆菌有抑制作用,[MoO2(STZ)2](IC50=72.22 mg·L-1)对大肠杆菌的抑制作用优于[MoO2(VTZ)2](IC50=143.57mg·L-1)。

In the title compound, C13H9ClN4OS, the mean plane of the oxadiazole ring makes a dihedral angle of 6.34 (13)° with the mean plane of the pyridine ring. The dihedral angle between the chloropyridine ring and the oxadiazole ring is 74.43 (12)°, and the dihedral angle between the chloropyridine ring and the pyridine ring is 69.78 (11)°. The crystal packing is stabilized by inter- and intra-molecular C - H⋯N hydrogen bonds. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

Speciation analysis of inorganic arsenic in water samples by immobilized nanometer titanium dioxide separation and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric determination

A novel solid phase extraction sorbent, nanometer titanium dioxide immobilized on silica gel (immobilized nanometer TiO2), was prepared by sol-gel method, and the adsorptive potential of immobilized nanometer TiO2 for inorganic arsenic species (As(III) and As(V)) was assessed. It was found that both As (III) and As(V) could be adsorbed quantitatively on immobilized TiO2 within a pH range of 5.0-7.5, and only As(III) could be quantitatively retained on the sorbent within a pH range of 9.5-10.5 while As(V) was passed through the microcolumn without the retention. Based on this fact, a new speciation scheme for inorganic arsenic was established, which involved determining total As at pH 6.0 and As(III) at pH 10, with As(V) obtained by difference. The adsorption capacity of immobilized nanometer TiO2 for As(III) was found to be 4.22 mg g-1. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limits of this method for As(III) were 24 ng L-1 with an enrichment factor of 50, and the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.%) was 4.8% (n = 11, c = 5 ng mL-1). The proposed method has been applied to the speciation of inorganic arsenic in natural water samples with satisfactory results. © 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
