摘要:
This paper proposes a predictive controller based on adaptive resource management techniques for multi-service wireless cellular networks to keep the handoff failure rate (HFR) below a target value regardless of the traffic dynamics and bandwidth requirements of the service types. In this paper, we propose a modified feedback algorithm to control the reserved resource. Simulations results indicate that this algorithm can maintain target HFR for any service type even when the traffic load rapidly fluctuates and system parameters vary over a wide range. This algorithm has superior performance in terms of total carried traffic.

Based on the theory of the rough sets, this paper comprehensively considered the degree of the impact of each value of the condition attribute to decision attribute, and sum up these impacts as the weight of the attribute, then adopt the weight as the heuristic function to weight the significance of attribute. On the basis of this, an attribute reduction algorithm based on weight has been constructed by using the method of reducing domain step by step. This algorithm has been applied in information management systems of Wuhan City KANG Long Yi-jun health examination centers. With the horizontal comparison of similar algorithms, it can get a smaller reduction attribute sets, and gets a higher efficiency.

摘要:
This paper considers a circular high-density WSNs, which is divided into several homogeneous sectors. For a sector, the route nodes transmit data to base station (BS) along the sides of the sector and the radio of nodes can cover all areas of target area. The paper presents an energy-balance solution to balance the energy consumption, by adjusting transmission range with quality coverage under a FSCTA(Full Sensing Coverage of Target Area). Our scheme is called energy-balanced variable transmission range adjustment in WSNs with quality coverage (EBVTC).Simulation results show the efficiency of our approach.

摘要:
a new model of SMS Platform is proposed in this paper. Based on this model, with the techniques of the Bluetooth, socket, embedded operation, remote control, and database processing, a system is designed as an example. With this efficient model, the system can be mainly buildup by the hardware of mobile devices and networked computers. This SMS Platform can be easily integrated with OAS (office automation system), and many other applications, The study of this paper also gives a further insight about the limitation of the system and discusses what should be improved in the future.

摘要:
This paper proposes an innovative data storage mechanism for forms of web-based workflow systems in which various forms communicate with each other quite frequently to carry out workflow handling. To realise this approach, several methods mainly about string theory as well as string variable processing are provided. Moreover, it can deal with forms both in static and dynamic kinds. The key distinction of this approach is that we would care nothing about the contents of every forms in workflow systems. This can significantly simplify the table structure and data storage of the database.

摘要:
In this paper, we propose an algorithm that can be efficiently used to search through scale-free networks. The algorithm uses local information such as the identities and connectedness of a nodepsilas neighbours, and its neighbours, but not the targetpsilas global position. We demonstrate that our search algorithm work well on a simulative networks, scale with the number of nodes, and may help reduce the network search traffic that tends to cripple such networks. We have studied how optimize nodes on a scale-free network using an association rules mining based on a novel genetic algorithm, we have proposed an designed specifically for discovering association rules. We compare the results of the Algorithm with the results of apriori algorithm, and, it is better than it through the theoretic analysis and the experimental results. It can improve networkspsila robustness.

摘要:
The application of multihop Wireless Ad Hoc Networks (WANETs) has been facing a great challenge to implement cooperative control over user transmission rates under the resource restrictions. In this paper, we propose an efficient bandwidth allocation scheme called Active-Time-Based Bandwidth Allocation Scheme (ATBAS) that can ensure fair bandwidth allocation among the users in a multihop WANET model. This scheme operates at each hop and fairly allots each competing flow a part of channel time, according to which each hop then computes the updating rate for each flow traversing the hop and records their updated rates into each data packet's special control header. The source of each flow in this scheme can eventually adjust its sending rate to reach its fair share. An algorithm is developed to implement the above mechanism. We will show through simulation results that our proposed algorithm is able to fairly distribute bandwidth among multihop flows.

摘要:
Reducing energy consumption and prolonging the network lifetime were important targets of Wireless sensor networks (WSNs). Based on LEACH, this paper proposed a Cluster-centre and Energy-based Balanced Distributed Clustering algorithm (CEBDC) for WSNs. CEBDC balanced the clusters to reduce energy consumption. Moreover, the cluster-heads were selected by two factors which were a) the distance from node to cluster-centre, and b) the residual energy. The theory analysis and simulation results indicate that CEBDC keeps the simplicity of LEACH, has better load-balance between the clusters, significantly reduces the energy consumption and prolongs the lifetime of network compared with LEACH.

We know that the goal of computer education was fully achieved by the application of Project-Based Cooperative Learning (PBCL in short) in computer education through organizing teaching experiments. Making full use of student's computer-oriented information technology in PBCL has more advantages than applying it to other subjects. Only by wholly expressing its advantages, adopting the right way, designing the structure of networked PBCL community (Original research) and developing the supporting website of PBCL according to the steps of PBCL, can it effectively express its function.

摘要:
For the sake of environmental change monitoring, a huge amount of geospatial and temporal data have been acquired through various networks of monitoring stations. For instance, daily precipitation and air temperature are observed at meteorological stations, and MODIS images are regularly received at satellite ground stations. However, so far these massive raw data from the stations are not fully utilized, or say, geographical spatio-temporal structural information in raw data aren't exposed sufficiently. Upon the requirements of human decision-making, explosive raw data is embarrassed in contrast to starved information or knowledge. This paper makes a short introduction to our research project, i.e., mining association rules in vegetation and climate changing data of northeastern China. We describe a framework of mining association rules in regional vegetation and climate-changing data, in which the methods of Kriging interpolation, wavelets multi-resolution analysis, fuzzy c-means clustering, and Apriori-based logical rules extraction are used respectively. Then, we give the definitions of geographical spatio-temporal transactions and multi-level fuzzy association rules, which play the decisive roles in association rules mining. It is noted that the largest difference between spatial data mining and general data mining is computation of geographical spatio-temporal correlations or variability. The whole procedure of geographical spatio-temporal data mining can be thought of as multi-stage computation of geographical spatio-temporal correlations. At the end of this paper, towards an advanced regional vegetation-climate changing data mining system, several underlying techniques of mining spatio-temporal association rules are initiatively pointed out for next work.
