摘要:
Over-parameterization and over-correction are two of the major problems in the rational function model (RFM). A new approach of optimized RFM (ORFM) is proposed in this paper. By synthesizing stepwise selection, orthogonal distance regression, and residual systematic error correction model, the proposed ORFM can solve the ill-posed problem and over-correction problem caused by constant term. The least square, orthogonal distance, and the ORFM are evaluated with control and check grids generated from satellite observation Terre (SPOT-5) high-resolution satellite data. Experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed ORFM, with 37 essential RFM parameters, is more accurate than the other two methods, which contain 78 parameters, in cross-track and along-track plane. Moreover, the over-parameterization and over-correction problems have been efficiently alleviated by the proposed ORFM, so the stability of the estimated RFM parameters and its accuracy have been significantly improved.

The rapid development of China's design industry, as well as the diversified development trend of the enterprises' management has promoted and given rise to the formation of the design management industry. Design management, as a cross product of two important disciplines, has a very important practical significance in the operating strategy of enterprises, especially those in the art industry. The animation industry is a sunrise industry generally recognized by today's society. But, it is undeniable that the current domestic animation industry is trudging with great difficulties under the strong impact of the United States, Japan and other animation powerhouses. Relying on China's animation industry, this paper analyzes the current situation of China's animation industry and mainly discusses the positive significance of design management in promoting China's animation industry

Normally, people think that design is focusing on new ideas and new productions. The aim of our study was to determine that the strategy of abandon also enhances efficiency for accurate and effective design for new media game design and industrial production. Two groups participated in the study. One group only focused on creating new designs and other group cared about abandon a few parts of new design. Results suggest that design should be based on people's needs, even include human's nature weakness. Designers, business development and sales must meet the needs above. Once design is fitting to the corporate of the local needs, the design management will gain more profit from the balanced good design. The strategy of abandon is a kind of design management philosophy.
