摘要：
Previous studies have shown that optical clearing techniques have great potential for optical diagnosis and therapy. In order to further discuss the effect by different drug delivery method, diffusion chambers were used to simulate in vivo physiological environment; and the optical clearing agents were acted on the surface of porcine skin, the saline was contacted with the dermal side (epidermal application). Then they were compared with the traditional method-samples immersed in the optical clearing agents (mainly dermal immersion). The transmission intensity of skin was monitored by an integrating sphere system. The changes in thickness were measured before and after experiments. The results showed that the optical clearing effect and the changes in thickness are not coincident under the two different methods. It indicates that the optical clearing effect and mechanism may relate to the drug delivery method.
摘要：
the present sports teaching model research is inevitably single functional and lack of interactive, the students can hardly encouraged which especially reflected in sports teaching model system research, meanwhile, it also weaken the operability of sports teaching model. Thus, it is necessary to combine practical teaching with sports teaching model during systematical research, and it is propitious to the sports teaching reform of our country. Though the construction and demonstration of information interactive feedback teaching model, this paper shows that: with student as subject and dominated by teachers, the information interactive feedback teaching model is a systematical model with the combination of teaching and learning, it can effectively improve teaching level, help to achieve teaching objectives and accomplish teaching tasks.

摘要：
The ways of how to enhance teaching effectiveness in the college public sports of Wushu routing teaching are studied by literature and contrastive experimental methods. The results show that both term presentational and action presentational are beneficial to improve academic achievement in terms of improving the quality of teaching. Presentational training, a kind of psychological skills training, is beneficial to relieve cognitive state anxiety and enhance the status of self-confidence and increase the imagery ability. Presentational training plays an important role to improve teaching effectiveness in the college public sports of Wushu routing teaching.

摘要：
After organizing undergraduates to accept outward bound in the form of courses, changes are inspected in their self-concept. This study adopts pre-test and post-test of the experimental group and the reference group, experiment design and Tennessee Self Concept Scale was taken as a measuring tool. The experiment results show-first, there are significant differences in the outcome of post-test between the experimental group and the reference group; second, there are also differences between pre-test and post-test in both groups; third, the analysis of covariance in pre-test also shows remarkable difference between the two groups. As a result, it is proved that the designed outward bound in this study is an effective way to improve undergraduates' self-concept and could be applied to mental health education and mental disease prevention in colleges.

摘要：
The basic military physical training is an important approach to improve the physique and master military techniques for national defense students. In this research, we investigated into the scientific basic military physical training methods for the national defense students, and provide a solid physical foundation for comprehensively improving military physical fitness and cultivating qualified military reserve personnel. Sixty-four students (male) from 2005 national defense of Wuhan University of Technology were tested and various physiological and biochemical indexes and training loading for national defenses were measured and monitored in 10week training period. Experimental data before and after basic military physical training were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the qualities of strength, speed, endurance, agility and flexibility of national defense students in experimental group who followed a basic military physical training program and were under monitoring during the training were significantly improved after training, indicating that the basic military training methods have been optimized. Moreover, testing results of the military basic physical fitness of national defense students have been effectively improved by implementing the military basic physical training according to a reasonable plan, and monitoring the scientific physical loading strength and the body function scientifically.

With the development and application of computer network information technology, community informationization has become the important basis of informationization in cities and the entire society and has gradually developed in to the core of the development and efficient utilization of information resources in cities and the entire society. Simultaneously, ArticleIlI of the main task in the Implementation Plan for the second stage in phase II of the project (2006-2010) of "National Fitness program Outline" has given an reference to establishing and improving the network of socialization mass sports organization. Besides, "The Work Ideas and Points of Mass Sports" stipulated by the State Sport General Administration in 2009 has noted that the focus of work of perfecting national fitness organization network is to make use of information service to organize the establishment of national fitness network. Therefore, the research on community physical education serving informationization has significant and realistic meaning. The purpose of this paper is to study how to scientifically grasp the concept, characteristic, present situation and development pattern of community physical education information service and how to construct the approach of community physical education information service so as to provide scientific instruction for the practice of community physical education information service and to establish the platform of service information for every competition event in communities in the process of theoretical instruction.
摘要：
In order to promote the involvement of PE teachers in courses and the development of the theory of PE Curriculum implementation (CI), this paper adopts the method of consulting literature and questionares to conduct analyses on the current situation and problems exsited in the PE CI. This study shows that in spite of the fact that PE teachers have a good foudation of cognition and emotion in CI, a variety of factors in reality influence the involvement of PE teachers in PE new curriculum, which result in the fact that the degree of involvement of PE teachers in CI is unacceptable, therefore, positive measures should be taken to promote the implement of new PE curriculum.

As the acceleration of educational informative pace, information technology whose key is multimedia and network technology has been applied in education extensively. The network learning is one of the most important parts of human s lifelong learning. At present, many sports colleges and institutions have also established sport education resources database, which has applied in network education. However, due to the particularity of physical education, physical teaching resources construction is still exist some problems. Based on it, knowledge management technology is applied in this paper and physical teaching network resources are constructed. Physical Education Resources Management Frame is proposed in this paper.

As the coming of the "leisure age", leisure has become a symbol of social development of civilization. This article mainly aims at discussing the ethic nature, the dilemma, and the strategies of reset of leisure sports at leisure age The discussion is based on the background of leisure age from the ethic value perspective by the method of documentation. It also discusses the relationship between the leisure sports and leisure at the leisure age. Studies show that "leisure sports is the way to achieve all-around development of man. Man's body and soul can be united in harmony by it." "Leisure sports, as dependent and initiative behavior, observes the rule 'a man is a man '"; "leisure sports, as the perceptual experience, is the direct requirement of man's perceptual life." But in reality, leisure sports has shown many abnormal phenomena during its developing. It tends to be luxurious, risky and symbolic. Thus it deviates from the ethic value. So it is necessary to "strengthen the education of the leisure sports activities; correctly guide the healthy and leisure moral atmosphere; adopt a correct concept of leisure sports; and strengthen external interference and reinforce the government function in the field of leisure sports." The article provides a reference to guiding people to adopt a good lifestyle of leisure sports.

The paper also discusses essential technology of this training system. This training pattern is a new form of further education and a vital component in constructiong of teacher lifelong learning.
