Drawing on the job demands-resources (JD-R) model, we investigated how formal mentoring influences proteges work-to-family conflict (WFC). With a sample of 193 proteges in ongoing formal mentoring programs, we found that the extent of formal mentoring functions received was associated with proteges WFC in two ways. On the one hand, the extent of formal mentoring functions received was positively related to job resources, which in turn negatively related to proteges WFC. On the other hand, the extent of formal mentoring functions received positively predicted job demands (i.e., workload), which subsequently had a positive association with proteges WFC. Furthermore, proteges work-family centrality moderated the above dual paths such that the indirect effect of the extent of formal mentoring received on proteges WFC via job resources was stronger for proteges who value work more important than family, whereas the indirect effect of the extent of formal mentoring received on proteges WFC via workload was stronger for proteges who value family more important than work. This paper depicts the process and the path of labor mobility from the perspective of evolutionary game between peasant households and the government. The research shows that: first, to some extent, the government's policies, which aim at the social and economic development and the employment increase, have been changing at every stage of the reform. Second, with time passing and reform deepening, the government shows a more and more affirmative attitude towards farmer's choice about "working in non-agricultural sectors inside rural areas" and "rural laborer flow to the cities". Third, the political system innovation, which has been carried out since the Chinese reform of 1978, is a process from bottom to top with a strong motivation derived from the farmers. And the policy at each stage reacts to the employment behavior of peasants, although this reaction has lagged a little. Fourth, the labor mobility of peasants has been still more and more active research and the government is capable of taking more positive attitude when facing huge labor flow for works in urban areas.

Although perceived job security is a common psychological state and process in management theory and practice, little research has examined its mediating role in the relationships between situational variables and employee outcomes. This paper aimed at examining how the two kinds of important situational variables---employment modes and charismatic leadership---influence organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) via employees perceived job security. Through an empirical study in a large telecom enterprise, the results showed that employment mode influenced OCB via perceived job security, but charismatic leadership in group-level had no effect on OCB although it significantly influenced perceived job security. The charismatic leadership in group-level positively moderated the impact of employment modes on perceived job security.
The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of mentoring on proteges' organizational deviance. The sample comprised 202 ongoing formal mentoring dyads in the People's Republic of China (mentor samples: 61.9% male, M age = 36.8 years; protege samples: 57.4% male, M age = 25.0 years). The regression results showed that mentoring was negatively related to proteges' organizational deviance. Moreover, job embeddedness and organizational identification mediated the association between mentoring and proteges' organizational deviance. Furthermore, the perceived developmental climate played a significant moderating role in the relationships between mentoring and job embeddedness and organizational identification such that the relationships were stronger when proteges perceived a stronger developmental climate. The theoretical and practical implications of this study were discussed.

Currently China's water resources have met many problems, such as water resources shortage, water pollution phenomenon, flood and drought coexistence, water ecological environment deterioration and so on. Based on the series of objective facts, this paper from international and domestic visuals analyses what challenges and opportunities water resources will encounter with in the new environment. Then it illustrates the unsolved problems of water resources from perspectives of system, market, technology and policy. At last, according to the status and features of water resources governance in our country, creative and constructive coping strategies have been put forward as a reference.
Ellsherg paradox and Allais paradox indicate that not all the information measures are additive and can be separated from preferences. Behavioral finance points out that beliefs of people are heterogeneous. In this paper, information therefore Is described through non-additive measures, and aggregated with Choquet expectation in asset pricing. Considering the heterogeneity of people, we introduce a random parameter lambda to represent the diversity of people's preferences and information processing methods. We then aggregate these heterogeneous beliefs by ordinary additive integral. In this way a new pricing method for European options is proposed. Simulation further proves that this method has advantages over traditional Black-Scholes method in interpreting some puzzles. This paper finally lays the foundation for empirical research that applies Bayesian updating from real market data.

In order to improve efficiency of face detector, fuzzy set theory is used in establishing distribution face detector. This detector trains the sample set by Haar-like feature and membership function, and selects appropriate weak classifiers through the feature set's entropy and AdaBoost learning algorithm. Subsequently distribution face detector is established and tested on the MIT+CMU frontal face test set. The results show that the detector can rapidly eliminate the sub-window which is unlike a face through the front simple stronger classifiers; and that distributor can dynamically select the back stronger classifiers to determine whether it is true or not in terms of similar degree when the image sub-window looks like a face. This detector can effectually improve detection efficiency in the condition of detection performance reducing not too much.
