摘要:
By means of curriculum resources reuse and sharing mechanism, SCORM can shorten the time of resources development, lessen costs and implement free circulation of learning content among hetero-platforms. However, excessive curriculum resources for reuse cause the problems of synchronous updating and low efficiency in learning resource utilization. In this paper, we propose a web services enhanced dynamic curriculum resources sharing model (DCRSM-WS) based on SCORM. Our method packages the SCORM based curriculum materials resources as web services, enables the requesters to dynamically connect to digital curriculum without replication and reduces the cost of curriculum construction.

摘要:
In the times of "knowledge explosion", in order to meet the development requirements, the setf-improvement of teachers is crucial. The paper proposes to make use of virtual learning community (VLC) supported by web2.0 technology for further education of teachers, which differs from the traditional network education Platform. Its greatest character is that not only receiving but creating and sharing information. The authors construct the elements and model of this kind of virtual learning community, and then design a practical case using a web-based platform named "edu2.0" and make description and evaluation about its working process and results.

摘要:
As the Internet continue to grow, the tasks of configuration management for IP network devices are becoming more and more difficult. Over the past few years, much effort has been given to improve the deficiency of SNMP in configuration management scope, only few have succeeded to be standardized, the famous one of which is Netconf developed by the IETF. Even the Netconf is still far from its aim to implement the automation of the network configuration. These days, Semantic Web services have become a promising technology and it seems that it may be used in configuration management scope. This paper first analyzes the Netconf approach and a promising Semantic Web services-based approach to configuration management for IP network devices is then introduced in the paper. To realize Semantic Web services-based configuration management, this paper provides the application of OWL-S, a semantic markup for Web services.

摘要:
Personal knowledge management (PKM) plays a very important role in improving individual's skills and ability. While web2.0 is centered in user experience, creating knowledge and two-ways communication, thus web2.0 concepts seem to be an ideal fit with Nonaka's SECI approach opening new doors for PKM systems. According to analyzing the PKM and characters of Web2.0, this paper integrates web2.0 into PKM, presents a new PKM model, and proposes the technology architecture of the model on the basis of illustrating the opportunity provided by web2.0 to PKM in the Perspective of Nonaka's SECI approach. Finally the paper takes an application example of iGoogle to show web2.0 is more benefit to realize a more personal, dynamic, convenient and feasible personal knowledge management system.

摘要:
In this paper, we introduced the flow theory which is in psychology, and we could find that the flow theory can expound the emotional experiences commendably in educational games according to some researches about it. We tried to make an integration of the flow theory and the design of emotional experiences in educational digital games. We also introduced several emotional factors which could bring immersed behaviors and the design strategies of emotional experiences in educational digital games.

摘要:
Development of educational ontologies is a step towards creation of sharable and reusable adaptive educational systems. Concept maps are graphical tools for organizing and representing knowledge, it can be used in ontology-building, and can also be used flexibly to represent and shareable idea. This paper introduces the stepwise of designing the educational ontology of Computer Networks (CN), and discusses the use of concept maps in the ontology development processes. It presented the designed ontology for leaching/learning CN at last.

摘要:
Mobile learning is a new learning model following the e-learning. How to assist mobile learning with new mobile communication technology effectively has been a hot spot in the modern educational research. In this paper the author introducted fourth-generation mobile communication technology and mobile learning briefly,then made some mobile learning models which based on 4G technology and gave some examples for these models. At last, the author summaried the advantages for 4G technology in the development of mobile learning. All of above would be hoped to provide some helpful references for the educators working in mobile-learning.

Web services have become an emerging XML-based approach in network management. And the combination of Web services and Semantic Web, in other words, Semantic Web services, make it possible to add semantic manners to services and automate network monitoring. This paper focuses on the standardization of network monitoring operations from the Semantic Web services' point of view. During this course, we especially take into account the problems about parameter transmission and operation granularity, and present the considerations about these problems in detail.

The emergence of information technology has provided a powerful hand for personal knowledge management, thus the personal knowledge management goes on more convenient and feasible. This paper gave the summary of personal knowledge management as well as social software, and then analyzed the characteristic of applying social software in personal knowledge management from the explicit and tacit knowledge perspective, finally gave a model of applying social software in personal knowledge management.
摘要:
In order to meet the personalized E-learning, a personalized E-learning system based on Mobile Agents (PESMA) was proposed and realized in the paper. The structure of system, work process, key realization technologies of PESMA, the design of mobile agent, and the realization of mobile agent were introduced in the paper. After the test use of the system by certain network school, we found that the system could improve the learners' initiative participation, which can provide learners with personalized knowledge service. Thus, we thought it might be a practical solution to realize self- learning and self-promotion in the lifelong education age.

ICT have a profound impact on the mode of organizational learning and that it offers a number of advantages and opportunities. But it also brings about a lot of potential problems in the field of knowledge management. Web2.0 is a term coined by Tim O'Reilly. It redefines the interactions between Internet and users and brings about a new Internet ecosystem. In this paper, we firstly introduced the main components and technologies of Web 2.0, then we proposed a framework that can corporate the Web 2.0 technologies into the filed of KM. Besides, we also proposed a knowledge management service strategy based on Web 2.0. With the help of the framework and the strategy, the potential problems will be solved to a great extent.

Research probes some strategies to integrate digital rights management into learning content management system. Firstly discussed the art state of DRM (Digital Rights Management)-enabled learning resources management. Secondly discussed the designing objectives of the system. Next, the framework and model of DRM-enabled learning content management system are designed. In addition, it investigated the enforcement model of the license for learning resources, and the enforcement strategies of the license, which includes three basic processes. By getting the license, integration of learning content and usage of control information and delivery of the encrypted content are viable. At last, the development of the system is introduced. Because the key is real-time dynamic exchange, the security of learning content mainly depends on the servers. It made the system more secure and flexible.
