摘要:
A highly practical, catalytic enantioselective cyclic phosphite addition to aldehydes and ketones was developed. The reaction rate of the asymmetric hydrophosphonylation was significantly enhanced by the addition of silver carbonate. Particularly, significant improvement has been achieved on the asymmetric hydrophosphonylation of unactivated ketones, giving quaternary alpha-hydroxy phosphonates with excellent enantioselectivity (up to 99% ee).

摘要:
The invention and discovery of environment-friendly agrochemicals with a novel structure and reacting target is a interesting challenges to crop protection chemistry.A systematic study for the rational design of a novel effective inhibitor of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDHc) as herbicide or fungicide has been carried out in our laboratory.Here we report the progresses in research and development of PDHc inhibitors as agrochemicals including two topics: 1,1-(substituted phenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonates were successfully found to be effective inhibitors of PDHc E1 from plants and showed potential utility as herbicide.Fields trials showed that some of high activity compounds could be as a environment-friendly herbicide applied to control weeds in lawn,wheat and maize field.2,Further exploration and research of new inhibitors of PDHc E1 possessing bactericidal or fungicidal activity based on the structure of PDHc E1 in the microorganism has been also carried out in our laboratory.Some of compounds were demonstrated to be effective inhibitors of PDHc E1 from E.coli and exhibited antifungal activity.

In the title compound, C34H18Cl2F6O6, one terminal trifluoro-methyl and one entire 2-chloro-4-(trifluoro-meth-yl)phenyl group are disordered with refined occupancy ratios of 0.715 (11):0.285 (11) and 0.517 (5):0.429 (5), respectively. In the crystal, weak inter-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules into ribbons propagating along the a-axis direction.
