摘要:
Using the relativistic quantum molecular dynamics model, transverse momentum distributions and particle ratios are studied for 197Au+197Au collisions at sNN=200GeV. In particular, we present results on the mean transverse momentum of charged pions, charged kaons, protons, and antiprotons and compare with experimental measurements. We discuss an approach to study early partonic collectivity in high energy nuclear collisions.

摘要:
The φ meson yield, rapidity and transverse mass distributions in p-p and Pb-Pb collisions at 158 A GeV were studied by the hadron-string cascade model, LUCIAE. By adjusting the width parameter in q-q Gaussian like transverse momentum distribution in string fragmentation to fit the NA49 data ofφ meson transverse mass distribution in p-p collisions, the obtained φ meson rapidity distribution in p-p collisions, the rapidity and transverse mass distributions in Pb-Pb collisions, and theφ meson enhancement factor in Pb-Pb relative to p-p collisions were compatible with corresponding NA49 data, which might be attributed to the collective effect in gluon emission of string and the reduction of strange quark suppression mechanisms involved in the LUCIAE model.

Using a hadron-string cascade model LUCIAE, the phi -meson production in nuclear collisions (p + Pb and Pb + Pb) and elementary collisions p + p were studied systematically. Within the framework of the model, the experimentally measured phi enhancement in p + Ph and Pb + Pb over p + p collisions can be mostly explained by the collective effects in the gluon string emission and the reduction of the s-quark suppression.
