从本国利益的内涵及其与外部的关联性角度,可将本国利益分为共同利益、互补利益和特殊利益。中国通过国际合作的手段,促成共同利益的实现,催化互补利益的实现,搁置特殊利益以维护其他利益的实现。针对国际社会发展过程中出现的矛盾,中国新一届领导集体又提出和谐发展的理念,以保障中国与世界各国的可持续合作和发展。
