Governance Redirection of China’s Youth Sports Training Market in the New Development Stage:An Analytical Framework based on the“Double Reduction”Policy

基于“双减”政策的内容实质和精神内涵，以“为谁治”“治什么”“谁来治”“如何治”为主线，对新时代青少年体育培训市场治理转向的逻辑理路与现实困境进行梳理与分析。研究认为，新发展阶段青少年体育培训市场治理应突出以青少年为核心的价值理念、聚焦“以体育人”的目标任务、强化“政社企家”联动的主体模式以及立足法治、自治、德治“三治”融合的工具选择。但从现实状况来看，还面临着理念践行不畅导致“贯通性”困境、价值认知不足导致“达成性”困境、多方主体结构松散导致“联动性”困境和“三治”合而不融导致“兼容性”困境等问题。基于此，提出治理转向策略：强化思想引领，贯彻...
