With the rapid development of ICT and the increasing emphasis on ICT in education in many countries, ICT in teaching has become more and more significant. The related studies of supporting environment of ICT in university teaching mainly focused on the current situation and improvement strategies. They seldom studied the composition of supporting environment of ICT in university teaching from a systematic perspective. And a unified system model of supporting environment was scarce.
