IPTV based E-Learning is an attractive and promising service for the widespread of TV devices and potential consumers. Especially in rural area in China, it is more useful than traditional web-based learning application for the lack of computers. However, the transition from traditional web-based Learning system to IPTV-based learning is not trivial for the limited input and control capabilities of the devices such as the keyboard and mouse.
