运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，对北京冬奥会公共外交特征、成效进行研究，并提出启示。北京冬奥会公共外交特征：多元协同的公共外交主体，内外并重的公共外交对象，根植传统的公共外交内容，聚焦草根的公共外交叙事。北京冬奥会公共外交成效：贡献中国智慧方案，构建新型国际关系，缓解社会焦虑情绪，培育国民公共精神。启示：有为政府与有效市场相结合，提高我国竞技体育实力；宏大叙事与微观叙事相结合，创新体育对外表达方式；对外吸纳与对内培养相结合，打造公共体育外交使节；官方互动与民间动员相结合，营造良好国际舆论环境。
