运用文献资料、案例分析等方法，探究临时性体育场馆应用的价值、制约因素，并提出推进路径。临时性体育场馆应用价值：全生命周期碳排放总量低，避免场馆赛后“白象”现象，丰富全民健身场地设施供给，助力城市形象提升与传播。制约因素：规划建设理念有待更新，标准化建设不足，配套支持政策尚不完善，规划审批及消防验收管理模糊。推进路径：树立“临时化”建设理念，谋划后期使用流向；制定完善相关标准，形成标准化体系；完善配套支持政策，鼓励社会力量参与；简化项目审批手续，妥善解决消防验收难题。
