Through the research we attempt to figure out the quality structure of the excellent director of a class in the primary school. Literature, interview and questionnaire are used and 30 important terms of qualities are identified. A total of 174 directors of class in the primary school have assessed the importance of these qualities, among which 40 have also classified these qualities.
