本研究尝试确定小学优秀班主任素质要素及其内在结构。结合文献法、访谈法和问卷法，甄选出小学优秀班主任重要素质30项。174名小学班主任对这些素质的重要性进行了评定，40名小学班主任对这些素质词语进行了自由分类。运用多维标度分析方法，探讨了小学优秀班主任素质的结构模型。结果表明，小学优秀班主任素质可以归纳为5个方面：人际交往倾向，个性魅力，团队管理能力，认知能力，知识经验。

Through the research we attempt to figure out the quality structure of the excellent director of a class in the primary school. Literature, interview and questionnaire are used and 30 important terms of qualities are identified. A total of 174 directors of class in the primary school have assessed the importance of these qualities, among which 40 have also classified these qualities.
