建立完善的教育关爱服务体系是解决农村留守儿童教育问题的重要途径。这一体系的建设要以创新社会治理体制为引领。创新社会治理体制是农村留守儿童教育政策的价值导向,是解决农村留守儿童问题的必要条件,也是构建农村留守儿童教育关爱服务体系的内在要求。在创新社会治理体制下,着眼于农村留守儿童教育的现实困境,需要几个方面的协同努力,即坚持政府的全局引领作用、释放学校的教育关爱活力、发挥农村社区的教育服务功能以及营造温馨和谐的家庭教育氛围。

The establishment of a sound education care service system is an important way to solve the educational problem of rural left-behind children.
