Land intensive use is an important way to promote Construction of the metropolitan region. This paper analyze the level urban land intensive use in 9 cities of Wuhan City Circle and other 5 cities in Hubei province by using the method of Factor Analysis based on the established index system of evaluation. The result shows that the level of land intensive use is higher in 9 cities of Wuhan City Circle than in other 5 cities.
