长期以来,我国民族教育发展主要依赖国家政策引导及外部援助,依靠教育资源的大量投入,自我发展能力低,自生能力弱。当前,滇西民族教育面临思想观念陈旧、资源配置质量不高、经济基础薄弱、师资结构不优等发展难题,给民族教育高质量发展造成障碍。进入新时代,民族教育必须由外源性发展向内生性发展转变。依据内生发展理论,树立主动发展意识、充分利用现有教育资源、优化教师队伍结构、提高自我发展能力是民族教育高质量发展的有效路径。

For a long time,the development of ethnic education in China mainly relies on the guidance of national policies and the external assistance as well as the large amount of investment in educational resources.Its ability of self-development is low,and its ability of self-reliance is weak.Currently,the ethnic education in Western Yunnan is faced with such problems as outdated ideas,low quality of resource allocation,weak economic foundation and low level of teacher team structure,which creates obstacles to the high-quality development of ethnic education.Entering the new era,ethnic education must...
