Analysis of Spatial and Temporal Differences and Influencing Factors of Urban land Use Efficiency Based on DEA:A Case Study of 9 Cities in Jilin Province

土地的利用效率在不同地区以及不同时期都会有所不同,以吉林省9个地级市的城市土地利用为研究对象,运用DEA方法测算了吉林省9个地级市在2007~ 2016年期间城市土地利用效率,从时空两个维度对影响城市土地利用效率的因素进行了分析。研究表明:(1)吉林省城市土地利用效率整体偏低,在空间上呈现出中部地区高,东西部地区低的分布格局,在2007~ 2016年期间土地利用效率呈下降趋势。(2)影响吉林省9地市城市土地利用效率的因素:投入方面,第二、三产业从业人数冗余尤为突出,固定资产投资也存在相对过剩;产出方面,财政收入与城镇居民可支配收入不足等成为重要的经济影响因素,环境产出效益不足,生态因素对土...
