From Expectation to Performance: The Role Playing Logic of Community Social Organizations——A Context Analysis Framework of "Structure-Process\"

在多元化治理的背景下,社区社会组织虽被定义为社区建设的重要力量,但却缺乏清晰的角色界定和分析。研究发现,理想的社区建设情景,是政府期待着社区社会组织能够推动政府改革、协同社区治理和提供社区服务,而社会则寄托了社区社会组织表达社区民意、监督政府权力、影响公共政策、关爱弱势群体、倡导公共精神等角色期待。但在相应的角色实践过程中,社区建设情景布置的现实困境、政府行动的行政逻辑对社区建设的情景规定和社区社会组织对情景定义的偏误等,使社区社会组织的角色实践出现地位获得品牌化、角色表演仪式化和路径依赖下的角色固着等问题。
