由一系列的考证可知,《周易》“卦爻辞”与“楚辞”的得名有着十分密切的联系。根据《周易·系辞传》所给的信息,“辞”既不同于“书”,也不同于“言”,它乃是一种曲托假借、盲近旨远的特殊语体。“楚辞”的得名,正由于此。

By a series of textual research, we can know that there is a close relation between Gua Yao Ci （hexagram and line statements） in Zhouyi and Chu Ci （a poetic style popular in the state of Chu in the Warring States period [475-221 B.
