技术创新是各类企业,特别是民营企业的灵魂.随着我国经济体制改革的深入,民营企业技术创新在经济中的作用将日益显著,它不仅增强其自身竞争力而且会推动整个国民经济的发展.而成功的技术创新有赖于合理的目标定位和战略选择,因为它最终决定了企业技术创新的成败.本文分析了当前我国民营企业技术创新目标定位与战略选择的现状及存在的问题,并试图找出解决问题的要义之所在.
