为科学评价沿边民族地区农村基层公共文化服务质量,基于Z自治区4市8县（区） 38村的1434份调研问卷,构建村级综合文化服务中心服务满意度指标评价体系,运用复相关系数倒数为权法确立指标权重,计算38个村级综合文化服务中心的满意度指数,以此进行层次聚类分析。研究发现:Z自治区村级综合文化服务中心服务满意度普遍不高;各市之间差异明显,且沿边地区与整体情况差距明显;所有指标中文艺体育设施是最大短板。

This paper is designed to make a scientific evaluation of the quality of rural grass-roots public cultural services in China’s ethnic frontier regions.Based on 1434 pieces of questionnaires distributed in 38 villages in the Z Autonomous Region,an evaluation system is established for evaluating the service satisfaction index of village-level comprehensive cultural service centers,and multiple correlation coefficient is adopted to determine the weight of evaluation indicators.Thus,the service satisfaction index of the 38 village-level comprehens...
