Risk Attribution,Identification and Prevention and Control of Naturalized Players in Chinese Football:From the Perspective of Comprehensive Risk Management Theory

全面梳理我国足球引进归化球员的演进历程,基于全面风险管理理论的视角,深入分析我国足球引进归化球员的风险归因及类型,并提出风险防控策略。研究认为,我国足球引进归化球员的风险归因包括:国家战略导向伴随风险,归化主体理念存在偏差;归化实践经验匮乏,政府部门监督管理能力有限;我国各类制度的特殊性,"中国化"与"全球化"趋势的协调。风险类型包括主体性风险、过程性风险、制度性风险。据此,提出我国足球引进归化球员的风险防控策略:强化监管,实施责任追究机制;明确边界,健全预期评估体系;完善制度,规范归化实践操作。

Based on the perspective of comprehensive risk management theory,this paper sorts out the development of introduction of the naturalized players,and analyzes the attributions and types of risks of introduction of naturalized football players in China,and proposes risk prevention and control strategies.The research holds that the risks of introducing naturalized football players into China include:the national strategic orientation is accompanied by risks and the concept of domestication subject is deviated;the practical experience of domesticat...
