学校体育集群化治理是学校体育实现治理能力和治理体系现代化的创新之举,集群化的治理实践已经产生,且效果显著。运用文献资料法、实地调研法、访谈法分析当前教育集群模式下学校体育集群化治理的现状,认为集群化治理的实践成效体现在:形成了多元主体有效参与的治理体系;形成扁平化的治理结构;形成内生性动力的生态型治理机制;促进体育资源的再次重组,实现要素均衡;实现了制度、文化、模式等教育生态环境的再造;扩大学校体育治理的自主权;优化了学生培养体制;建立了新型的资源供给机制等。存在的主要困境包括理念困境、组织困境、制度困境和机制困境。破解之道在于构建学校体育集群化治理的协同...
