大力发展乡村体育旅游是实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。村民是乡村体育旅游产业发展的应然受益主体，由于主体能力不足、主体地位缺失和主体利益被剥夺，在乡村体育旅游发展中逐渐趋于边缘化，有违乡村振兴“坚持农民主体地位”的基本原则。利用新型集体经济模式发展乡村体育旅游，有利于解决村民边缘化问题，其思路在于：激活乡村资源要素，解决经济外部性问题；提升乡村组织能力，拓展村民增收渠道。以新型集体经济发展乡村体育旅游，关键在于构建共建、共治、共享的乡村体育旅游治理格局：通过资源共建厚植乡村体育旅游的发展根基，依托协同共治提升乡村体育旅游的治理效能，利用成果共享调节...
