Aimed at highlighting the explication of the tacit knowledge, the paper has established a relatively comprehensive ability evaluation system from three perspectives of the ability of production, learning and development based on the evaluation research of the abilities of the employees and the features of economic organization, with the method of qualitative and quantitative research.
