创新型教师培养是当代教师教育事业的关键命题。受产业结构转型驱动，日本通过多项举措提高教师教育质量，突出创新型教师培养的实践取向。其主要路径有三个：形塑三维能力目标，树立实践创新风向标；融合各类教育基地，构建共生创新生态圈；推进课程内涵式发展，厚植实践创新的苗圃。以此为鉴，我国在创新型教师培养上应完整理解教师创新素养内涵，合理定位本土创新型教师角色；构建多元主体的协同创新机制，营造平等互鉴的创新合作关系；树立现代型创新课程理念，深化系统性课程改革思路。
