基于反思的成人自主学习是以反思为核心的自主学习。文章概述了反思和成人自主学习的概念内涵,通过分析反思和自主学习之间的内在逻辑,探讨“反思能否促进成人自主学习”,发现反思能促进成人自主学习效果的提升,而自主学习效果的提升能促进成人学习能力的进一步发展。在“反思是如何促进成人自主学习”这一部分,文章则通过将反思的理念融入到自主学习的一般过程中,构建了基于反思的成人自主学习模式。
