保障性住房物业管理关系到住房保障制度的可持续。分析我国保障性住房物业管理模式的现状,指出保障性住房物业管理市场化模式存在的问题,并根据不同类型保障性住房,提出优化市场主导型物业管理模式、聘请物业管理职业经理模式以及依靠社区托管的物业管理模式三种模式解决我国保障性住房物业管理问题的对策。
