We are concerned with the following Schrodinger-Poisson equation with critical nonlinearity: {-epsilon(2)Delta u + V(x)u + psi u = lambda vertical bar u vertical bar(p-2)u + vertical bar u vertical bar(4)u in R-3, -epsilon(2)Delta psi = u(2) in R-3, u > 0, u is an element of H-1(R-3), where epsilon > 0 is a small positive parameter, lambda > 0, 3 < p 0.
