跨学科主题教学作为新时期提升育人质量的重要路径，在促进学生素养发展方面有着独特价值。其价值主要体现在知识联结促进整体性思维的发展，知识迁移推动综合能力的提升，学科实践指向核心素养的培育，观照生活激发学生的内在动力。但受多重因素的制约，教师在实施跨学科主题教学过程中面临着认知困境、能力困境、资源困境和评价困境，难以彰显跨学科主题教学的育人价值。基于此，本文提出了助力跨学科主题教学实施的具体策略：全面提升学校跨学科主题教学的课程领导力，多维路径提升教师跨学科主题教学的胜任力，搭建跨学科主题教学的数字化资源众筹平台，建立健全的跨学科主题教学质量评价体...
