摘要:
以不同浓度的O,O-二乙基α-(4-氯苯氧乙酰氧基)苄基膦酸酯处理水稻幼苗,其过氧化物酶(POD),超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性及其同工酶均发生相应变化;高浓度的ETBP对POD、SOD活性有较强的抑制作用,同工酶谱带相应增强。同时不同浓度的ETBP对水稻幼苗细胞相对存活率表现其高浓度有很强的抑制作用,低浓度有一定的激活作用。

The activity and isoenzyme of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of rice seedlings were studied with various concentration of ETBP.The activity of rice seedlings was inhibited evidently in high concentration of ETBP, accordingly the bands of isoenzyme were weaken; the activity of rice seedlings was increased particularly,accordingly the bands of isoenzyme were enhanced in low concentration of ETBP. In the meantime,the effects on the survival rate of rice seedlings were different at various concentration of ETBP. The survival rate was in hibited distinctly in high concentration of ...
