Analysis on Driving Factors of Cultivated Land Area Change in Urban and Rural Integration Process:A Case Study in Hubei Province

借鉴H?钱纳里的经济发展阶段理论与判断标准，以湖北省为例，运用因子分析和系统聚类分析方法，通过提取影响耕地利用变化的主要驱动因子，考察全省17个市（州、区)城乡一体化进程中社会经济发展情况对耕地面积变化的作用机理及湖北省耕地变化驱动特征的区域差异。结果表明，研究区耕地面积变化驱动力可归结为经济发展、人口与农业、制度与政策三方面的因素。各市（州、区)应根据当地实际经济发展水平做出理性的决策，尽快转变经济增长方式，坚持最严格的耕地保护制度，节约、集约利用土地，切实提高土地产出效率。

Based on the theory of Chenery's economic developing stages and criterion, appling factor analysis and cluster analysis methods to extract main driving factors influencing cultivated land resource change. Through calculating factor scores and inspecting its functional mechanism of cultivated land resource in 17 Cities and Prefectures in Hubei, the regional differ-ences of cultivated land change of driving characteristics of Hubei Province were explored.
